Varsity softball ends after 3 innings with a loss of 16-0 to the Bennington Bulldogs.
JV softball girls battled against Bennington and ended the game with a loss of 5-8. Now moving into the next game of varsity action.

The High School Track members are competing at Minneapolis today, May 5th. The meet begins at 3:00 with field events, 4:00 with jumping events, 4:30 for 3200 m relay, and additional running events to follow.

Senior Spotlight: Carson Beavers
The JV and Varsity Softball team are traveling to Bennington for softball action today. The JV game starts at 3:00 and the varsity game will begin after their senior night recognition. Admission of $5.00 will be charged tonight.

RCHS Baseball loses the first game 0-15 in 3 innings to Beloit. The second game of the doubleheader will follow, Buffs drop the nightcap 1-16 in 4 innings.

RCHS Softball fans-on Tuesday at Bennington it will cost $5 to get into the game; the JV will start at 3 pm, with Varsity to follow their Senior night celebration, Go Lady Buffs!
Please join us in celebrating the Class of 2026 as they celebrate their final day of high school tomorrow, Tuesday, 5/5. Parents and guests are invited to attend the celebration as we form a tunnel in the back parking lot of the high school at approximately 10:30. We will then proceed into the high school main gym to recognize each of our seniors and his/her future plans.
Track Senior Spotlight: Aden Morris
Aden has been a member of the high school track team for three years, including two seasons in which he balanced both track and baseball. He competes in the field events—long jump and high jump—and is also a member of the 4x100 and 4x800 relay teams. As a junior, Aden qualified for and competed at the state meet in the 4x800 relay. He is aiming to return to state this year in both his relay and individual events.
Best of luck to Aden as he wraps up his senior season. The meets for this week are on Tuesday, May 5th, in Minneapolis and Friday, May 8th, at Rock Hills. Good luck to Aden the Republic County Buffaloes this week!
