Congratulations to our artists and winners! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
(I might also mention that Mrs. Strnad has been in the classroom about a total of 10 days in the past two months, as she has been out traveling with The Kansas Teacher of the Year Team. These kiddos have been putting in some EXTRA hard work.... not to mention the fantastic team of substitutes helping hold the art room together! It takes a village, and we are so thankful to have such a supportive one!!!)

RCHS Lady Buffs Softball drops their first game of the year to Concordia 6-7, in the bottom of the 7th. Lady Buffs dropped the second game 0-15, their next games are Tuesday at home versus Sylvan-Lucas, Go Lady Buffs!
RCHS Buffs Baseball loses their first game to Concordia 0-15. They are playing on the Cloud County baseball field, which is absolutely beautiful. The Buffs dropped the 2nd game 0-21 in 3 innings. Next games are at home Tuesday versus Sylvan-Lucas, Go Buffs!
Our Juniors had a fantastic day at the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum in Abilene! 🇺🇸
After recently completing their study of World War II, this trip served as the perfect extension of their learning. Students were able to connect what they studied in class to the life and leadership of Dwight D. Eisenhower, while also gaining valuable context as they prepare to study the Cold War, the Space Race, and the Eisenhower Presidency.
From exploring the museum exhibits to walking the grounds and engaging with history firsthand, the students truly had a ball and represented our school incredibly well.
A special thank you to the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum staff for their assistance, hospitality, and generosity in helping make this experience possible. We are grateful for the opportunity to bring history to life for our students!
Experiences like these make learning meaningful, memorable, and lasting. 🇺🇸

Come support the Republic County Softball and Baseball teams on Friday, March 27th at Concordia. The first pitch will be at 4:30 pm at the Concordia City Sports Complex. Good luck Buffs!!

Tonight is guaranteed to be a rootin' tootin' good time! Come see it for yourself! You won't want to miss 2nd and 3rd grade's presentation of YEEHAW!

The culinary classes visited Northside Pizza. While having a pizza lunch, Domonik and Chase shared information about owning and operating a busy restaurant. They talked about how the business started, how they plan for the days and weeks ahead, what the typical day entails and all the behind the scenes things it takes to keep a business running. We even got a preview of a few fun things coming to Northside.

Mrs. Hansen's Second Grade is learning about measurement. We were able to enjoy the weather today and practice measuring in yards around the school!
