The Lady Buffs lost the first game of their doubleheader with Minneapolis by a score of 0-14. Softball team loses second game 0-15, next games are Tuesday versus Bennington at home, Go Lady Buffs!

The Track team travels to Riley County for the Riley County Falcons Track and Field Meet today, April 10th. Field events begin at 3:00 and running events at 5:15 with the 4x800 M Relay.

The Republic County High School Baseball and Softball teams travel to Minneapolis for their double header games today, April 10th. Games begin at 4:00 and are located the fairgrounds on the southwest end of town. Baseball will play on the North field and Softball will play on the South field. Good luck to both teams today.

Congratulations to the 8th grade girls on their 1st place finish at the Smith Center track meet with 116 points! Strong day all around with multiple medals and PRs.
RCHS Lady Softball hosted SE of Saline today losing the first game 0-16. The Lady Buffs dropped the second game 3-15.
RCHS Baseball played SE of Saline dropping the first game in 4 innings 0-17. The Buffs lose the 2nd game 2-23. Next games are at Minneapolis on Friday.

Parents of 10th and 11th grade students — high school testing begins tomorrow. 10th will take Math and 11th will take Science.
Please help us set students up for success by making sure they:
get a good night’s sleep, eat breakfast, bring a fully charged Chromebook, and arrive at school on time since we will begin testing during 1st hour.
Please also remind your child that the test is not timed. There is no need to rush. We want students to take their time, read carefully, and be thorough with their answers.
A calm start, a charged Chromebook, and their best effort can go a long way. Thank you for your support as we kick off testing tomorrow.

Republic County is attending their first Varsity Golf Meet of the season on Tuesday, April 7th at Washington County. The meet begins at 1:00. Teams involved are Centralia, Frankfort, Hanover, Linn, Nemaha Central, Onaga, Republic County, Valley Heights, and Washington County. Good luck Buffs.
