Elly Williams, District 4 Vice President, visited with Pike Valley FBLA about all the opportunities that are offered through being a part of this great organization.
2nd hour art built a Raku kiln in class. We successfully fired two kiln loads of pottery this morning. We have to do some adjustments, buy a thermostat and the part we melted... and we will be up and running again. Todays crew was pretty excited with today's results!

The Kansas Kiwanis Foundation Scholarship Application is available for Seniors to complete. There is a section of the application that asks about KEY Club membership, but applicants DO NOT have to be KEY Club members to apply. The application is due on February 1st! The student will need a letter of recommendation from someone NOT affiliated with the school. All seniors received an email with a link to the application today.
