Students in grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 will have the opportunity to take the Kansas Communities that Care Survey tomorrow and Wednesday. Parent permission forms were sent home; however, we have had some difficulty getting them back due to all the days missed. Please ask your son/daughter about this form if you have not seen it. Access to the survey is on usd109.org if you would to review the questions your son/daughter will be asked. This survey is completely anonymous and entirely optional; however, we really do need the consent forms returned. Thank you!
