Sometimes, as parents, it can be difficult to know what skills our children need to develop to be successful at life. Not all skills are academic areas. To be successful, our children also need to develop strong social skills. They learn these in different ways. Watching adults, practicing at home, actual interactions both at home and at school are just a few of the ways our children learn and practice social skills. This chart lists many of the skills that children need to learn to help them become amazing adults.
