RCJH went 3-0 in pool play today, setting up a match with Thayer Central in the championship game. The Junior Buffs dropped a hard match in 2 sets to finish second. Thanks to all the spirit provided by other JH students today. Go Lady Buffs!

Republic County Lady Buffs JV volleyball team got a win over Russell 27-25, 25-12. They battle hard with some of their best play this season against Rock Creek in the first set 18-25 and came up short in the second 12-25. More games this afternoon. Go Buffs!

Republic County is hosting the Republic County Junior High Volleyball Invitational on Saturday, September 27th. The junior high team will begin at 9:00 am in the main gym. Good luck Junior Buffs!!

The High School Volleyball teams are back in action tomorrow, Saturday September 27th. The varsity squad travels to Wakefield with their first match beginning at 8:00 am. The JV team travels to Minneapolis with their first match beginning at 9:00 am.

RCHS hosted their annual Cross Country Meet on Thursday-Sept 25. Thank you to everyone who helped make it a success. The weather was beautiful, the course well manicured, and the competition was fierce. Lucy Oman-6th place and Aalyria Phitts-Rodriguez-7th place both medaled in the junior high girls division. Dakota Clausen Peters won the HS Girls division with Mia McCartney-10th place and Tess Larson-20th place also medaling. In the JV Boys division Wes Wendt-2nd place, Julian Swank-5th place, Lucas Schultz-8th place , and Solaris Vanouhlden-9th place all medaled. In the varsity boys division Isaac Anderson was the lone medalist in 5th place. Go Buffs!
The Republic County Buffaloes will travel to Bennington for their game tonight. Kickoff will be at 7:05 pm. Good luck to the Buffs.

If you have a high school student interested in a career in Agriculture or Welding then encourage them to sign up for Cloud County Community College's Ag & Welding Visit Day. They can look a the programs available in these areas as well as CDL certification. This day is coming up November 10th. See the flyer about registration. There is no cost to attend.
