REMINDER: Spring Sports Parents Meetings-Tonight at 5:45 pm at RCJSHS. Softball-Front Flex Room Baseball-Library Track and Golf meetings will be at a later time.
2A Sub-State Basketball Brackets are Posted! First round games, girls travel to Valley Heights on Monday, boys travel to Bennington on Tuesday.
Grades 9-12 will have a remote learning day, February 23. Students will be receiving information regarding logging during seminar from their seminar teacher. Students will only need to log in during seminar from 12:30-1:00 today. Students must log in to be counted for attendance. All practices will still occur at regular scheduled time.
USD #109 will have a two (2) hour late start due to the extreme cold and windchills this morning. There will be no morning preschool. Bundle up and stay warm. See everyone at 10am.

LUNCHES -- Thursday, Feb. 24 -- With the early dismissal on Thursday at 11:30am, we will be providing a Grab N Go lunch for students who would like one. The meal will consist of Italian Sub, baby carrots with ranch, applesauce and Milk. Teachers will be taking a count on Thursday morning in their classes. The students will be given the meal to take home with them.

Thank you to all of our amazing school bus drivers on this School Bus Driver Appreciation Day, February 22. We appreciate you greatly for transporting our precious students to and from school and activities and the extra care you give to them each day. Thank you!
Come eat supper, grab a dessert and some FFA ice cream tomorrow night at the game! It’s also SENIOR night!!!
Tomorrow as we cheer on the basketball teams, Rep Co FFA, with the help of our Alumni Chapter, will be selling ice cream from 4-8 pm. Each cup is $2 or help support our FFA Week food drive by donating two canned or non-perishable food items and receive an entry to our Free Ice Cream for a year drawing.
All food will be donated to the Republic County Food Bank in Belleville.

Reminder that Thursday, February 24, there is a half day of school (8:00-11:30) and Parent/Teacher Conferences are from 12:30-7:30. There will be no morning or afternoon preschool on Thursday.

Republic County wrestlers traveled to Hillsboro today for Regional competition. The team finished in 4th place, with 7 wrestlers qualifying for state. Wrestlers qualifying include-3rd from left Owen Weatherhead-2nd, AJ Polansky-Regional Champ 3rd in a row, Alex Dyke-4th, Jordan Williams-4th, Johnny Dyke-Regional Champ, Andrew Hubert-3rd, and Garrett Siemsen-3rd place.
