Republic County Students of the Month for September are Ally Bombardier and Isaac Morris.
Today we installed a mural that two Repco artists have been working on this past nine weeks. Madi Price and Jasmine Horton have been creating beautiful painted papers that we’ve been cutting into feathers. Today their classmates assisted in the construction of the mural, while Madi created a video we will share later. Be sure to visit our mural in the front lobby of the high school! 8th grade enjoyed making salsa today in art, as part of the end of our spanish art unit for the 9 weeks!! 🌶 🫑 🍅
Congratulations to our young musicians who were selected for the North Central KMEA District Honor Band/Choir. Julian Swank (choir), Gage Lockhart (band), and Embrianna Horner (choir) will represent RCJH. Go Jr. Buffs!
Thank you to Mrs. Struebing and Mr. Sheets for everything the do for our schools as we honor and celebrate them during National Principals Month. The district staff was invited to help in the celebration with a luncheon today in each building. Thank you to Gretta Snapp with Jitters for the wonderful meal and Candikorn's for the amazing cakes.

4th and 5th graders are designing their own video games in STEM! Students are creating the characters, plot, backgrounds, and all of the art in their video games over the next few weeks!

Art Club started a ✨NEW✨ tradition today! We purchased two pieces of art to start our own private school collection. We can’t wait to see how this will grow over the years!
Took some of my artists to the ROAR Art Show today. Jayden Brunner received honorable mention and former student Loral Fischer received the Art Pridy Memorial Award! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 A couple students even sold some of their work. Such an exciting day!

JUNIOR PARENTS!!! Please encourage your student to turn in their fundraising packet by tomorrow morning! The due date was Monday and we would really like to get our orders in tomorrow!! We want the packets even if they sold nothing or all their orders were online. This helps us make sure no orders are missed! We are still missing a lot of packets. The class sponsors appreciate your help!
