SLAM students will be going to Rocky Pond and then attending the movie at the Blair at 10:00. Dismissal will be at normal time at 11:45.
A big thank-you goes out to Jimmy Melton of Melton Motors for coming to explain how to change a tire for our Drivers Education students. Melton Motors has supplied the car for Driver's Education for years one of our bigger supporters of students at RCHS!
Trooper Ben came to talk with our Driver's Education students today. Thank-you for taking the time to spend with our students to discuss safety on the road and making good choices while driving. Lucky to have such an awesome law enforcement officer come share his wisdom with beginning drivers.

Driver's Education sign up forms can be picked up at RCHS or BOE office starting today. Driver's Education will start Monday, June 19-Friday, June 23... Driving starts June 26...Must be 14 by June 19. Forms to be returned to either RCHS or BOE office by June 16. The cost is $200 payable to USD 109.

Day 1 of the State Track Meet is done. Josh Shelly did not break finals in the Boys Discus. The boys 4x400 relay did not make finals.
Tomorrow around 10:30 the girls 4x800 relay will fun followed by the boys 4x800 relay.

RCHS forensicators left yesterday for Louisville, KY. We drove to St. Louis yesterday and explored City Museum this morning before finishing our drive. The girls loved City Museum and are looking forward to exploring Louisville.
