This article is from the Grown & Flown website. It has many great articles that cover lots of teen/parent/school issues. This college professor gives great advice. It can be so much easier on students if this begins in elementary and junior high school so that they have parent support as they learn and navigate challenges. Our brains are like muscles and difficult things are how they develop new pathways and how children learn. Parent and teacher support during the process is critical.
