The Junior Lady Buffs traveled to Minneapolis tonight to take on the Lions. The C girls lost 4-22. The B girls are bringing home a 28-17 victory. In the last game of the night, the A girls lost in overtime 39-43.

The A team boys played hard against the Lions, but come up short 36-24.
RCHS Vocal participated in the NCAA All-League Choir event held at The Blair Theatre in Belleville today. Beloit, SE of Saline, Lyons, Minneapolis, Ellsworth, and Sacred Heart were also in attendance.
The b team of the junior high boys claimed a 28-21 victory over Minneapolis. Nice game.
The junior buffs boys game was a close one, but they came up short and lost by 1 point, 18 to 19 to Minneapolis.
Juniors, don't forget about our lunch tomorrow! If you signed up to bring something, you may drop it off in the ag shop tomorrow morning.

The Republic County Current Issues class traveled to Superior, Ne yesterday, to take a tour of the crypto mining facilities housed by Wildcat Blockchain. Our students have researched and will continue to look at what the benefits and drawbacks of a crypto facility would be in our local community. Special thanks to Wildcat Blockchain's owner, Lannin Zoltenko, for allowing us to get an inside look at the facility and providing insight into this industry.
Elly Williams, District 4 Vice President, visited with Pike Valley FBLA about all the opportunities that are offered through being a part of this great organization.
2nd hour art built a Raku kiln in class. We successfully fired two kiln loads of pottery this morning. We have to do some adjustments, buy a thermostat and the part we melted... and we will be up and running again. Todays crew was pretty excited with today's results!
