Today high school art classes and 6th grade art blew eggs then decorated them! It was an
Egg-cellent time!

Softball loses 2nd game 8-9 to Minneapolis
Softball loses their first game of their doubleheader to Minneapolis 5-8
Baseball drops first game in extra innings to Bennington 2-8
2nd graders made towers out of plastic eggs in STEM the past two days! The tallest free standing towers were 14.5 inches! 🥚

The first hour Fiber Arts class took an early morning field trip to the Anvil Alpaca Farm. Ray and Brenda Danielson showed the process of raising and sheering their alpacas. The fleece is then sent to be woven into yarn. Alpaca yarn is sold in their farm store. Mrs. Chase showed her knitting using alpaca yarn. It’s so soft!




Mrs. Pierson’s 6th grade worked on team building during their counseling lesson.




7th Graders wrote essays entitled “My City, My Home” sponsored by the League of Kansas Muncipalities and on the local level by the Belleville City Council, PRIDE Committee and Belleville Chamber of Commerce. 45 students wrote essays on hometowns of Belleville, Cuba, Narka, and Munden. Everyone did a fantastic job, and all students received Chamber Bucks for their essays. The winners were as follows: 1st Adam Krohn, 2nd Hannah Bowers, 3rd Connor Martin, 4th Aden Morris, and 5th Samantha Poppe. These essays will be entered into the state contest. A big thank you to Adam Anderson, Doane Sells, and Rob Kasl for supporting our students!


Softball loses 2nd game 15-8, will play at home on Thursday versus Minneapolis
Republic County baseball takes game one against Lincoln winning 13-7.
2021 Girls Softball starts season off losing 5-2 to Sylvan Unified in game 1.
Mrs Kasl’s 6th grade worked on more team building exercises during counseling class today.




Miss Sheets’ class loves to sing and dance! Here they are singing and dancing to “Fight Song”!!

The Lady Buffs softball team opens their season on the road at Sylvan-Grove. First pitch scheduled for 4:30pm. Good Luck Lady Buffs
Republic County Baseball opens their season tonight when they host Lincoln. First pitch scheduled for 4:00pm, please come out and support the baseball program.
Spring Sports Covid-19 guidelines
Republic County asks that all players/coaches and fans observe social distancing guidelines at all times. Masks are to be worn when social distancing is not possible. We encourage fans to bring lawn chairs to help with social distancing.
