There will be a Junior High Boys Summer Basketball meeting next Wednesday, May 5th at 6:00 p.m. in the Front Flex room at the HS. If your intention is to play basketball next season please attend. This is for student athletes who will be in Junior high next year: 6th and 7th grade boys.

The Republic County Greenhouse will be open 4-6 pm, tomorrow April 28th for a plant sale. We have red geraniums, hanging baskets, succulents, house plants, and a variety of vegetables to get your garden started!





RCHS Baseball completed their first ever sweep and it happened in league play versus Beloit. Buffs win the first 5-4 and the nightcap 13-9! Get out the brooms...

“Let’s Escape to the Enchanted Forest”
Prom 2021 is here! Promenade will begin at 5:00 PM. Each student was given four tickets to attend the promenade inside the gym. You must have a ticket to enter the building. There will be no parking directly in front of the school. You can park in the parking lot west of the front entrance or in the back. Students will be arriving from the south on P Street. The public is welcome to view the decorations from 6:30-7:30 in the new gym.
The promenade will be live with the Blair Theater. You can go to the Blair and watch or you can enjoy it from home. The Blair will open at 4:45 and concessions will be available. The link is as follows: https://youtu.be/xPSiq5QHcxI.
Please honor the district’s policy and wear masks inside the building. The prom goers will need to wear masks when social distancing is not an option. They will be allowed to remove their masks for the promenade and for pictures only.

Seniors were hard at work this week, putting the finishing touches on their senior projects. Please come out and support our seniors at Senior Project Open House Thursday, April 29th from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at RCHS. Projects will be in the HS gym and a few will be in the parking lot. We are looking forward to seeing you!
