Mrs. Strnad’s Kindergarten class is learning about ideas. They read “The Most Magnificent Thing” in class, then they went to the maker space classroom to create some magnificent projects!

Gannon Couture is in a playoff for 8th place in the NCAA League at The Salina Municipal


20 Attendees per Student---There will be limited attendance at both the 8th Grade Promotion and High School Graduation. Attendance will be limited to 20 tickets per student. Tickets will be given to students and you will need to contact your student for tickets.
High School Graduation will also be broadcasted live on YouTube. The link will be coming out soon. You can also watch it live at The Blair while enjoying some comfortable seating and great snacks.

USD 109 will be attempting to go live in about 15-20 minutes on Facebook for the Senior Walkthrough at East Elementary.

The USD #109 Board of Education voted tonight to remove the requirements of masks, temperature checks and hourly hand sanitation/washing effective Wednesday, May 12. Masks are always optional for staff, students and visitors.

Come over to the RCHS cafeteria from 5:00-7:00 PM to see forensics performers and enjoy a chicken fried steak meal. Free will donations will be accepted and awards will begin around 7:00PM.


Mrs. Parry's second grade class have been learning about different life cycles. Each student was given a caterpillar of their own to name and observe. In the pictures, the students are observing stage 3, the chrysalis.

There is an error on the printed calendars.....The high school track meet is being held at Rock Hills tonight and field events begin at 3:00pm.

Reminder: 2021/22 8-12th grade girls 3 on 3 basketball forms are due next Friday, May 14th. They can be turned into the office at the high school.
