After checking out Mark Rober’s squirrel obstacle course, 4th graders are engineering a squirrel obstacle course of their own in the maker space.

Prom 2022 is almost upon us! Promenade will begin at 5:30. Prom goers will be arriving in vehicles in front of the school and promenading into the gym. Patrons are welcome to stand outside; however, we do ask that you not put chairs in the grass. The gym is open for seating. Dinner will follow (approximately 7:00-8:00) in the cafeteria. The dance will be from 8:30-11:30 in the new gym. After-Prom will begin at midnight and last until 2:30 AM at the commercial building.

After learning about the history of Crayola crayons, 1st grade used 2 pieces of paper and tape to create a container to hold 24 crayons!




Any girls who will be in grades 8-12 for 2022/23 interested in playing 3 on 3 this summer either grab a paper from me or from the high school office. They are due May 13th.

A group of Republic County band students travelled to Manhattan today to watch the K-State Wind Ensemble perform their Spring Concert. We were treated to a percussion concerto, a double oboe concerto, and three other professionally performed pieces.
