School is closed on Thursday, February 16 due to inclement weather for Republic County Schools. All activities are canceled.
The Book Fair is going on this week in the East Elementary Library. Hours this week are from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 7:30 am-3:45 pm on Friday.

Republic County recognized seniors tonight and Dronda.
RCHS acknowledged their Senior Basketball Players, Cheerleaders, and Pep Band participants at the game tonight. RCHS also recognized long-time Buff supporter, Mrs. Dronda Frydendall, part of our legendary DVS group for all of her hugs and continuous community support, over the last several decades.

The RCHS Wrestling team hosted Smith Center in a dual for Senior Night. The Buffs dropped the dual 33-37 in some very competitive matches. The Lady Buffs wrestlers head to Regionals Saturday in Hoisington and the Buffs have regionals at Beloit next Saturday. There was a large crowd in attendance last night along with great support by the cheer squad. Go Buffs!
