RCHS art students have been working on murals for the North Hall. We started this adventure on May 9th. We currently have 9 murals done & up, 5 more to go, 1.5 days of school left....we got this! 😅🤞🏻
Kindergarten got creative in STEM today!
Beautiful weather for the 5th grade field trip to Milford Nature Center and Fish Hatchery. The students had caught and measured young channel catfish, met a few unhuggables and some challenging teamwork activities.
RCHS Baseball finished their season by losing to Little River 2-10, in the regional semi-finals.
RCHS Baseball is playing at Dean Evans Stadium in Salina versus Little River HS in the Class 2A Regional semi-final. The stadium is one of the premier stadiums in the Midwest.
2nd Grade had a great field Trip to Lakewood Discovery Center in Salina today!
Reminder: Any student (and their parents) interested in doing the 2022 Fall Play are invited to attend the informational meeting this Friday at 7PM in the front flex classroom at the high school. If you cannot attend, please inform Mrs. Enns of your interest in the program.

Jr High and High School girls weights this summer will be Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from
7-8:30 a.m and will begin June 1st. High School girls will have basketball
practice following weights from 8:30-10a.m. on those days and will begin that day as well.
Class 2A Regional Softball saw the top ranked 21-0 Ell Saline Lady Cardinals defeat the Republic County Lady Buffs 5-4 in a great high school softball contest. The Lady Buffs end the season 10-12. Ell-Saline moves on to play the winner of the Canton/Galva-Sacred Heart game for the regional championship.
3rd grade worked on force and motion by completing a LEGO basketball free throw activity in STEM!
Updated brackets for Regional Softball and Baseball! Good luck to the Lady Buffs as they take on Ell-Saline today at 2:00 p.m. on their home field!

Buffs Win!! RC Baseball wins 10-0 in 5 innings. Buffs move on to face Little River on Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

Class 2A Regionals in Belleville, Ell-Saline wins 24-0 in 3 innings over Inman and Republic County defeats Sterling 5-4.
At the 2A Softball Regional in Belleville…Canton Galva won the first game 10-0 over Little River and in the second game Sacred Heart defeated Bennington 7-1.
First grade learned about architects and created a bridge out of straws in STEM!
The golf team competed at Regional Golf in Salina today! Congratulations to Trey Melton for qualifying for State!!
