Congratulations to our Cross Country team on Saturday at Wamego! The girls team placed 7th. Three individuals earned medals: Ellie Callaway placed 9th, Dakota Clausen-Peters 22nd, Kadence Henke 33rd. Ally Bombardier placed 91st, Kylie Stone 95th and Schola Baxa 96th. For the boys, Samuel Anderson placed 126th and Isaiah Evert 146th. Alicja Topczewske placed 86th in the girls JV division.

Junior Varsity Volleyball today in Smith Center is now complete. The girls played hard all day long and showed continued guts and growth. Flashes of awesome as the day went, with much to build on for the rest of the year.

The Buffalo Actor's Guild (BAG), has been hard at work. We will continue tomorrow at 9:30am (time change!) at the high school. It takes a village!
RCHS Art I started out the year reviewing principles and elements of art. We are now wrapping up our sgraffito slabs, incorporating some of these. Next week students will use their sgraffito skills to create their own pinch, slump, slab or drape plate, bowl, mug, or vase...complete with their own sgraffito design!
Republic County Buffaloes having a tough go tonight at Ellsworth, but not stopping their fight. Buffs do score their first touchdown tonight on an interception by Aden Morris and a long return for 6.
The Republic County High School current issues course has established a student news website that will be publishing content throughout the year. The team is creating content about school news, sports, and other important news in our world. Our site has just gone live, and content will continue to be published with new content coming on Wednesday afternoons.
