
During the month of January, the RCHS Sunshine Committee invited staff members to participate in a Water Challenge, to help promote healthy lifestyle choices. Ten staff members participated throughout the challenge. In three weeks the team logged 12,864oz averaging 4,288oz a week. Congratulations to our top water drinkers… Ms. Mudd, Mr. Nelson, & Mrs. Gallion! 💦

The NCAA League Band saw K-State’s Dr. Frank Tracz, considered by many as one of the premier conductor’s in the country, lead them in an incredible learning opportunity and superb concert.

Congratulations to our RCHS forensics team and their accomplishments at our first tournament at Nemaha Central. Olivia Rieke and Maelin Johnson captured first in duet acting. Sam Poppe finished third in impromptu speaking and fourth in serious solo. Also competing in impromptu was Owen Doyle, finishing in sixth, and Chase Hoge, finishing in tenth out of 25 competitors. Sarah Rieke also competed in the very competitive poetry event. Overall, the buffs had a great first outing and we are excited for our next tournament at Rock Creek!
