USD-109 District Facility Masterplan
A community meeting was held on Thursday, May 3, at RCJSHS to provide information about the District Facilities Masterplan to school patrons. Taking part in the presentation was Facility Consultant Keith Blackburn from HTK Architects in Topeka who presented the plan which was developed over the past year.

The faculty and staff of USD-109 Republic County Schools would like to offer our congratulations to the Class of 2012. The completion of requirements for graduation from Republic County High School represents a personal achievement for which all graduates, and their families, can be very proud. Good luck in the future!
8th Grade Promotion
8th Grade Promotion will be held on Monday, May 21, at 7:00 PM in the RCJSHS Gymnasium. The evening will conclude with a reception in the cafeteria.
RCHS wins Regional Golf @ Belleville Country Club
RCHS Golf hosted a KSHSAA Class 2A Regional golf tournament at Belleville Country Club on Monday, May 14. Participating schools included Republic County, Bennington, Ellis, Ellsworth, Hill City, Oberlin-Decatur Community, Onaga, Plainville, Smith Center, and Washington County. In team scoring, RCHS took 1st Place and will advance to the state tournament next week at Seneca. In individual Top-10 scoring, Blake Porter took 2nd place overall with a 73 (+2). Devyn Bebermeyer took 6th with an 81 (+10).

KSHSAA Class 2A State Golf Tournament
The KSHSAA Class 2A State Golf Tournament will be held at Spring Creek Golf Course in Seneca, KS, on Monday, May 21, with first tee-off at 9:00 AM.
