Length of School Day Adjustment

The length of the school day will be changed due to having a large number of days missed because of inclement weather resulting in snow days and school not in session. The length of the instructional day for all USD-109 schools will be changed. The change will be adding 10 minutes to the end of the school day starting on Monday, February 1, 2010 and continue until the last day of the 2009-10 school year. The Spring Break dates will not be changed in any way.

Therefore, dismissal times effective February 1, 2010 are as follows:

East Elementary @ 3:30 PM
Republic County Middle School @ 3:30 PM
Republic County Jr./Sr. High School @ 3:34 PM
