PRESENT
Board Members present were Phillip Poppe, Kevin Milner, Donna Ward, Doug Jackson, Kevin Kuhlman, and Mike Hadachek. Also present were Superintendent Troy Damman, Principal Julie Gottschalk, and Board Clerk Linda Gieber.
Guests present as registered.
BOARD MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 7:00 p.m., Board President Phillip Poppe called the Board Meeting to order on Monday, June 28, 2010 at the Administration Office.
Board Member Layne Holmes entered the meeting at 7:02 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION/PERSONNEL MATTERS FOR NON-ELECTED PERSONNEL
Kevin Kuhlman made a motion to go into Executive Session from 7:05 p.m. until 8:05 p.m., for Personnel Matters for Non-Elected Personnel. Donna Ward seconded the motion which carried 7-0.
Those going into Executive Session were Board Members Poppe, Holmes, Ward, Hadachek, Jackson, Kuhlman, Milner and Superintendent Damman.
Open Session
At 8:05 p.m., All Board Members and Mr. Damman returned to open session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION/PERSONNEL MATTERS FOR NON-ELECTED PERSONNEL
Mike Hadachek made a motion to go into Executive Session from 8:05 p.m. until 8:20 p.m., for Personnel Matters for Non-Elected Personnel. Layne Holmes seconded the motion which carried 7-0.
Those going into Executive Session were Board Members Poppe, Holmes, Ward, Hadachek, Jackson, Kuhlman, and Milner.
Open Session
At 8:20 p.m., All Board Members returned to open session.

Layne Holmes made a motion to go into Executive Session from 8:22 p.m. until 8:27 p.m., for Personnel Matters for Non-Elected Personnel. Mike Hadachek seconded the motion which carried 7-0.
Those going into Executive Session were Board Members Poppe, Holmes, Ward, Hadachek, Jackson, Kuhlman, Milner and Principal Gottschalk.
Open Session
At 8:27 p.m., All Board Members and Principal Gottschalk returned to open session.

Kevin Milner made a motion to go back into Executive Session from 8:40 p.m. until 9:10 p.m., for Personnel Matters for Non-Elected Personnel. Layne Holmes seconded the motion which carried 7-0.
Those going into Executive Session were Board Members Poppe, Holmes, Ward, Hadachek, Jackson, Kuhlman, and Milner.
Open Session
At 9:10 p.m., All Board Members returned to open session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION/PERSONNEL MATTERS FOR NON-ELECTED PERSONNEL
Mike Hadachek made a motion to go back into Executive Session from 9:10 p.m. until 9:25 p.m., for Personnel Matters for Non-Elected Personnel. Doug Jackson seconded the motion which carried 7-0.
Those going into Executive Session were Board Members Poppe, Holmes, Ward, Hadachek, Jackson, Kuhlman, and Milner.
Open Session
At 9:25 p.m., All Board Members returned to open session.
The Board scheduled two special board meetings for Tuesday, July 6th and Thursday, July 8th, 2010 starting at noon.
ADJOURNMENT
Mike Hadachek moved to adjourn the meeting and Layne Holmes seconded the motion. Motion carried 7-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
